Processing Time

ALL ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP ONCE THE PRE-ORDERED ITEM IS IN STOCK. If you prefer not to wait, please place pre-order items separately to receive your other products sooner.

During peak seasons, product launches, or sales,Order processing times are as follows:

Pre-designed sets: 2-5 business days

Custom design sets: 2-10 business days

Business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

Please note that the processing period may be longer if multiple custom design sets are ordered,We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Information

The available delivery methods are:

  • Standard (Tracked), 2-6 business days: FREE
  • Express (Tracked), 1-3 business days: $6.00

After your order has been processed and dispatched to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.

Please be aware that I have no control over the shipment once it’s with the carrier. For any concerns or issues, it is best to reach out to Aus Post directly.

For larger orders, a signature will be required to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for stolen packages if you choose to remove the signature requirement from your order.

If you believe your package is lost, please first contact your courier service to trace its location, and then email us at [email protected]. If the courier is responsible for the missing package, we can provide a replacement.

If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours, it’s possible your email did not reach our inbox. Please send a follow-up email if this occurs.

If your tracking has not been updated for several days, it may be in the process of being transferred between shipping facilities. Tracking updates may take time as we work with various couriers who manage shipments across different systems. Delays can also result from weather conditions or high-volume periods like sales.

Return Policy

Orders returned or disposed of due to the customer’s failure to collect them from the post office within the holding period will not be refunded.

Since every set is custom-made, cancellations or refunds are not available unless a mistake occurs on my part. Once payment is completed, your order is considered final, so please ensure you’re satisfied with your design before completing the checkout process 🙂

I believe my order is lost. What should I do?

We apologize that your order did not arrive within the expected delivery window. After confirming that the package has surpassed the estimated delivery time (excluding weekends), please follow these steps:

First, reach out to your courier to track down the package, as it may be awaiting collection at a pick-up location. If the courier is unable to locate it, email us at linda.nailbeauty.com with your order details, and we will assist in resolving the issue. Please note that it may take a few business days to process the missing package claim.

Why hasn’t my order’s tracking information been updated?

We work with various couriers to ensure your package is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. When packages are transferred between couriers (for instance, moving to USPS at the border), it can take several business days for the tracking information to update. This is because the package needs to be processed through a new system and clear customs. This is quite common, especially with economy shipping options.

To reduce potential delays, we recommend choosing the fastest available shipping option during checkout.

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season are more likely to experience longer intervals between tracking updates.
